Corporate floors
Seating layout, cabins, meeting rooms, reception and circulation.
Corporate & industrial
Thirty years of assessing working premises — offices, showrooms, clinics, manufacturing units and properties under consideration for purchase. The work is practical: entrances, circulation, seating, storage and light. It is planned around your operations, almost never involves demolition, and is confidential by default.
Scope
Seating layout, cabins, meeting rooms, reception and circulation.
Entrance, customer flow, billing counter, display and storage.
Reception, consultation rooms and waiting areas.
Plant layout, material flow, storage and the administrative block.
Assessed before fit-out, when changes are cheapest.
Sites assessed before you commit, while you can still walk away.
The engagement
A short conversation with whoever owns the decision. What the premises are used for, what is not working, what constraints exist — budget, tenancy, shutdown windows, regulatory limits. I need to know what cannot be moved before I look at what can.
An on-site visit with directions, measurements and a walk-through of the working areas. I speak to the people who use the space if that is acceptable to you; they usually know where the problems are.
A written report — observations, priority order, and for each recommendation what it costs and what it disturbs. Written so that someone who has never read anything on this subject can act on it.
Implementation, phased around your operations. I work with your facilities team, your architect or your contractor rather than around them. Most items are placement and use; anything structural is flagged separately and never assumed.
A follow-up visit after an agreed interval to see what held, what did not, and what the space has become since. This stage is where the records come from.
For the person who has to justify it internally
The report talks about entrances, circulation, seating, storage and light. It can be handed to a facilities manager, an architect or a contractor and acted on directly, with no interpretation required.
The great majority of recommendations are placement, use and layout. Where something structural genuinely matters, it is identified as such, costed separately, and it remains your decision.
Work is sequenced so production, trading hours or patient hours are not interrupted. Shutdown windows and annual maintenance periods are the obvious slots and I plan for them.
No client name, logo, photograph or site detail is used anywhere without written permission. A confidentiality undertaking is signed on request as a matter of course.
Engagements have included manufacturing units, corporate offices, retail showrooms and healthcare premises across Delhi NCR and beyond. Client details are confidential unless permission to name them has been given.
