The tithi, nakshatra and weekday matter, and so does what is running in the chart of the person entering. A generic list of auspicious dates cannot know the second thing.
In short: The date is selected from the panchang against your own chart rather than from a generic auspicious-dates list. The sequence is explained in advance, the requirements are given plainly, and the ceremony is conducted or arranged — in Delhi in person, elsewhere by arrangement.

Where a Vastu reading of the new home is useful, it is better done before you move in than after. That is separate work and it is your choice whether to have it.
Said plainly
A ceremony marks an occasion and carries meaning for the family taking part in it. It does not guarantee prosperity, health or harmony in the house, and I will not suggest otherwise. Nor does it substitute for a proper Vastu reading of the building, which is separate work answering a different question. If a date genuinely cannot be moved to a well-chosen one, the ceremony is still worth doing — an imperfect muhurat is not a catastrophe, whatever you may have been told.
Before you ask
Then we work with it. There is almost always a better and a worse window within a given day, and a fixed date is a constraint rather than a disaster. I would rather tell you that than have you delay a move or pay to have a date changed.
Yes, and it is common — possession dates and readiness rarely coincide. The ceremony is adjusted accordingly and nobody needs to pretend otherwise.
No. You will be given a plain list and you arrange it locally, which is both cheaper and how it should be. I do not sell anything used in a ceremony I recommend — that separation matters more than the convenience.
